How do magnets work?! The theramin is an instrument that has amazed me for years. When I saw Jimmy Page using one, I knew it was the bees knees. I must understand, I must know.
It pretty much emits an electromagnetic field in its general vicinity, and when the player moves his arms around in the field, it changes the frequency. You should probably google it though, I'm no expert. You should check out my blog I just started it.
